Mohammed Al Aryani
Senior Vice President - Group Strategic Investments, ADNOC
and Acting CEO, ADNOC International
I have known Rita since 2017, when she invited me to speak at the Emirates Dermatology Society (EDS) Conference, after which I worked with her closely on The Arab League Against Rheumatism (ArLAR) 2018 Conference in my capacity as President of ArLAR.
Rita is a committed, agile, insightful and imaginative team player. She has excellent communications skills and has a unique talent in dealing with multidisciplinary and multicultural stakeholder individuals and groups. Having led one of the most complex medical conferences in the Sultanate of Oman, I have seen her remove obstacles, leverage opportunities and build purposeful relationships to ensure the four-day educational event ran smoothly. It was evident that her leadership contributed to the efficient running of the conference and to the positive impact on the delegates, as well as achieving the ultimate objectives of the conference.
I am deeply appreciative of the time and effort that she devoted to the organization and administration of the ArLAR 2018 conference.
